Go Red...

Or green, yellow, brown, purple,
just not white.

Take the whole brown things today and leave the white salty or white sweet things in the trash.
Chocolate is great but where to get the good ones - hunt it is out there.

Today is on of several days folks try to pickle themselves into 'fatdom' or in joy seeking to a state of mind they are now addicted to.  Once they actually had a really great time drinking and yelling at the 'game' many still do...

but do you?
Maybe it is time re-look and see if this behavior is still producing the same results you wanted...
for many it gets them into the hospital faster - which is where 'they' want you,as 'they' know it is just a matter of time.

Once is while like maybe every quarter (of a year) we can abuse a healthy body - but not all season long.

To clean it up is great an needed but a whole lot easier if it is not too dirty in there in the first place.20 ways to keep you joyful are enough for some but for others you may need more ways - be creative.

You could serve some home made root beer - or herbal brews - with something other than white sugar- you have to hunt or make it your selves - the Germans have some I've had.

A fresh veggie try with colorful peppers yellow - red- green- purple, or roasted sweet or hot peppers, organic cottage cheese and brag herb sprinkles.  Have fun - try grass fed beef for the burgers or bison.

You can do health - you just have to grab the steering wheel from the habits that are running your life (and mine) the trick is create new healthy habits.
takes focus - with the right foods you'll get more Focus, more energy, and will have more fun, more adventures, or you can just TV with out the pain for more years -- all is your choice.
