A good day to cleanse...

Happy are the days we enjoy with friends & family,
sharing stories, playing games, or listening to the latest troubles.
A good day to give your body, mind, & spirt a day off too.

There are several methods to cleanse:
~eat only raw veggies or lightly steamed ones - especially leafy greens.
~eat only fruit for the day - make sure it is ripe - difficult to do if they don't grow locally.
~drink fresh juices like veggie or fruit
~or the try the lemon juice day fast:

+juice 2 medium to large lemons into 10 -16 ounces of pure water- room temp is best.
put in a small pinch of Cayenne pepper, maybe a little honey -

do this either first thing in the morning at least 1/2 hour before eating,
replace a meal with this
or fast the whole day on this.

There are other ways too. The Chinese have an interesting method.

How ever you decide to proceed, giving your digestion a rest is good just like enough sleep is needed.
