or
exercise more to burn more calories than you need to maintain your present weight.
These are the only two ways you can do it...
with many variations:
all the diets you've heard of plus,
vegan,
vegetarian,
live food,
lightly cooked food'
cut out the carbs -
no "white" is the easiest rule of thumb I know of...
if one can build more muscle as it these take more calories just sitting on the couch watching TV.
rebounding is great,
yoga is great, but be gentle,
running is great, if it is your temperament.
sex is great if it is your temperament.
swimming is great, if you can do it with out marinading your body in chemicals...
K-1 are great if you like this type...
