In the worlds we live in (yes many)
we need to take appropriate precautions.
Some think this is negative thinking, may be it is sometimes.
If you know it is raining or forecasted, you may like a rain coat or umbrella. If is -20 degrees you may like your wool or flannel lined pants.
Snow boots for walk in the deep white woods with you dog.
This one world we live in: the earth out doors.
Another world we live in is the road system. Different set of rules, different clothes. Wear a seat belt it is the law, but it may save your life. If you have child then strap them in their car seat. It may save their life but it will cost you less, and if you have Prepaid legal - you will get service - as the don't cover stupidity.
Too many this stuff is obvious and we just do it - mostly with out thinking except to keep an eye to fashion. (Pink seat belts?)
Well, Larry King has matching suspenders...are the necessary?
(not sure but they do keep his pants up, and seem fashionable)
When you speak do so in a way that is appropriate for the environment your are in. And appropriate for the situation. make sure you are present , know what your going to say, they are ready to hear you, and your words are pleasant for the occasion. This is another world we live in.
Some keep a space for their departed loved ones, with candles, water, umbrellas, food etc., etc., or celebrate at special times of the year like day of the dead. This is another world we live in.
Some have virus protection for their computers some don't
but once they got a virus they won't do that again...
this is another world we live in.
In our kitchen world we take precautions in choosing health organic foods or grass fed beef, herbs and spices. We can take further precautions by choosing health diet for our age, gender, and activity levels.
We have a body, it has needs, it tells what it needs and what it doesn't, but do we listen? Pain is the language of the body - no pain means we are giving it what it needs; pain = we are not.
Do give you body the things it needs?
Do you know to give it lots of vitamin D for example - it prevents the flu, many virus attacks, acts like an antibiotic, seems to prevent osteoporosis, cancer, even tooth decay- how many take enough of this? Why don't we - we know we need some sun daily... yet, not easy to get?
Valentines day is tomorrow give your body some love too.
Give it some attention, focus, some listening time.
My lady is going to a 'gentle yoga class' and they have a yoga class for lovers as well - for couples - neat I Think - we have other plans for the time so ...
Happy day.
