Vitamin D for teeth?

I would never have guessed... but bones need vitamin D and calcium will steal it from other tissues when deficient which it seems most of Americans are.

Vitamin D seems to not be a vitamin either.

Did you know that before conception a mother needs have suffient Vitamin D for the Baby to develop healthy teeth? Narrow jaws, and not enough room for the teeth in there (like mine were) shows the result.

would you guess that healthy teeth with plenty of available Vitamin D may even heal a cavity on their own?
well this is just sampling of what wonders Vitamin D will do for us.

Get into the sun for about 1/2 hour  a few times a week and you'll get about 20, 000 IU's .  The RDA seems to be a big joke.
