Today was very nice
did all the same as yesterday
but I did make the broth:
2 quarts organic veggie broth from Whole foods
5# organic potatoes use just the peasl of them
4-5 #'s organic carrots - use only the peals
1 medium organic onion chopped
2 - 3 cloves of fresh organic garlic
sprinkle in a bit of cayenne to taste(or throw in a chili or two)
~ no Salt, no pepper~
but I added:
cumin powder about 1/4 tsp.
others you may like:
brought to a boil
simmer for 1 and 1/2 hrs
let stand 15 minutes
stain it and drink about 8- 12 ozs or more but cut 1/2 with fresh water.
This really settled me down.
Feeling pretty good all day, no nap time.
