Well I did it, I got through the first day.
My blood sugar may have gotten off a little, as mid afternoon I began loosing my site.
but it came back after about an hour the blurryness went away.
Ok what I did:
I ate an apple at 7 am the at 9am I did my first #2 shake...
I had my second one at 12 noon,
I ate steamed broccoli for lunch - lightly steamed. at 2Pm
at 4 I drank my 3rd shake
at 6 PM I had my 4th shake
at 6:30 I ate an avocado, and an organic tomato.
I used Bragg's Sprinkles for spice with cayenne added as well
At 8 PM I took my 5th Shake
I will have some fresh fruit salad at 9 PM
I have felt a little off today
but I got all the work done I needed to do...
