Eat what you want - can U do some raw at least? 25 % - 75% is best.

sometimes fresh lemon juice in 10 ounces of pure water - kidney flush
with a little cayenne in it.
good enzymes with every meal
Probiotics with every meal or at least daily.
MSM 1500 mg
Vitamin D 4000 - 6000 IU's daily (I am 250#'s)
I like some Chromium Picoliniate
And I need extra Iron daily, I try to get the food based tablets.
I like white cheddar cheese from Colbert,
but goat cheese I get is healthier.
bread makes me fat, the kind I can get at Wholefoods has no sugar of any kind, whole grains, and Zero yeast - no YEAST.
I love basil pesto - so I make it when I can,
I eat whole wheat and sprouted wheat or rice pastas.

Quinoa simmered 15 minutes in a veggie broth, brown rice, black or pinto beans, veggies - steamed or sauteed, seed burgers, nuts.
& I do like beef - grass fed, buffalo, eggs.
I choose oat milk not cow, goat would be fine too, if raw organic.
I do love tortilla soup - with avocados - this is my favorite food the green thing.
